Tim has been with Floyd Watkins and Associates, Inc. since 1976 when he entered the insurance business. Tim earned his LUTCF (Life Underwriters Training Council Fellowship) designation in 1989. He has been involved with his Professional Association and has worked with several community organizations. Professionally, he has held every chair position including President of the Vancouver-Clark Chapter of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers) in 1983-1984. He has been a moderator for a NAIFA LUTC Education Program and served as a regional Vice-President for the Washington State Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Tim has also served on several insurance carriers Agents Advisory Boards. Tim was honored with the State Community Service Award from NAIFA-Washington in 1986 for 10 or more continuous years of community service. Tim had served the local March of Dimes for 10 years as a director, board member and ultimately chairman. Tim was a board member of the Fort Vancouver Days Association for 22 years serving as its President three separate times. Tim provides both group and individual medical and life solutions for personal and business planning. Tim is married to his wife, Rebecca Matlock, since 2024 and has a blended family with 11 children, 23 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. In his spare time, Tim golfs and enjoys traveling with his wife.
